Bold Games brightens the future with new line of kid's games.
MINNEAPOLIS, MN, September 27, 2005 Extending its popular John Deere brand of interactive titles, Bold Games, a unit of Destineer, has shipped two new titles aimed at America’s future generation. Welcome to Merriweather Farm teaches children about animals and farm equipment, while Busy Days in Deerfield Valley offers lessons on how to repair and build a variety of structures. Both titles are now available.
“Both Merriweather Farms and Deerfield Valley have all the popular John Deere characters kids know and love,” said Paul Rinde, CEO of Bold Games. “These games encourage children with developing problem-solving skills, and familiarize them with the world around them.”
Welcome to Merriweather Farms features a familiar cast of characters from the Johnny Tractor and Friends series of books from Parachute Publishing and offer an abundance of interactive opportunities. Children can embark on a variety of interactive experiences, including exploring the barn, feeding the animals, farming the land, planting gardens, and harvesting and bringing goods to the market.
Starring a great cast of characters like Johnny (JT) Tractor and Danny the Dozer, Busy Days in Deerfield Valley provides children with a host of every-day scenarios that simultaneously entertain and educate. Tasks found in Deerfield Valley include fixing bridges, building a library, playing in the playground, going to the carnival, and helping characters find their way back to town.
Both games entertain and keep kids playing over-and-over again, and each has easy, intuitive controls especially designed for young children so they can start playing immediately.
Under exclusive distribution with COKeM International, Bold Games will provide these new titles, full of simple, fun, and colorful activities this month. Welcome to Merriweather Farms and Busy Days in Deerfield Valley carry an suggested retail price of $19.99.
