Troubleshooting:

When entering my name, a blue screen appears asking me to insert the Blue Clues CD or press Escape to cancel. The CD is already in the drive.

You are running the game by double clicking the Blue's Clues ison in the folder on the CD rather than the one in the folder that you copied to your Mac's hard drive. Exit the game, locate the Blue's Clues folder located on your hard drive, and double click the icon in there.
